  • What payment options are available?
    At the checkout you can choose between PayPal and credit/debit card. Secured by 256-bit SSL.

    Australian schools can use the
    Purchase Order Form to order items and receive an invoice for payment.
  • What currencies are available for purchasing?
    You may purchase in the following currencies.
    • Australian Dollars
    • Canadian Dollars
    • European Union Euro
    • Great British Pounds
    • New Zealand Dollars
    • United States Dollars

    The selection can be made at the top right-hand corner of each page or before you add items to the cart. Once selected, the currency will remain selected throughout the site.
  • How do I download my items?
    You have two options to download your files, either:
    1. Once you have made your purchase you will be directed to a page with a download link. Click on this and the files will be downloaded to your computer.
    OR
    2. After purchase you'll receive an email from SongLibrary containing a link to your files. Clicking this link will open your default web browser and begin the download process.
  • Can I download the items on an iPad or other mobile device?
    This varies depending on the device. The best option is to use either Dropbox or Google Drive and save the files to these apps on your device.
    Mac users: Once the files are on your computer you can add them to iTunes and then sync your iPad or iPhone to iTunes.
    Windows/Android users: Connect your mobile device via USB to your computer. Locate the downloaded files on your computer and transfer the mp3 files to the music folder on your mobile device. This is usually a simple drag-and-drop operation.
  • My download didn't work. What can I do?
    The checkout system is completely automated. Once you pay you will receive a link to download your files. When you select this link the files are automatically sent to your computer. The files will be located wherever downloads from the internet usually go. This may be the desktop or a downloads folder. If you think the download hasn't worked or you can't find the files please check these places or perform a search of your computer using the name of the song file.
  • I’ve received my files. How do I open them?
    Most of our files are compressed in .zip format. In order to open these you need the Free Stuffit Expander. Your computer probably already has this installed. If not it can be downloaded here:

  • Does SongLibrary provide hard copies of the items e.g. CDs and printed sheet music?
    No, with a couple of exceptions (see below). SongLibrary is a music download service only. Once you've downloaded your items you can either add the mp3s to your mp3 player or burn them to CD - using iTunes or similar - and print the PDFs.

  • Can I make a purchase using a School Purchase Order?
    Australian schools can use the Purchase Order Form to order items if the total is $30 or more.
